GENERAL AGREEMENT: Villa Hermosa
Vacation Rental is a non-smoking accommodation. The property is in a
residential neighborhood; behavior that disturbs the neighbors such as
loud music is not acceptable. A maximum of ten people will be allowed to
stay at Villa Hermosa, including a
maximum of two people in the lower level suite. All guests must
sign and return a waiver of liability form prior to their arrival at
Villa Hermosa.
DEPOSITS: A reservation deposit of 50% of the cost of the total
stay plus a security deposit of $1,000 US is required within
7 days of placing your reservation to maintain your booking. Once the deposit has been received
we will send you a confirmation of your reservation. We expect the rental
unit to be left in a "neat" condition at the end of the rental period.
Deposit refunds will be made after departure less extraordinary
cleaning, missing items, or any damages that exceed normal
wear and tear. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days of
check-out.
CANCELLATIONS: In order to receive a full refund of deposits,
cancellation notifications must be delivered in writing at least 30 days
prior to date of arrival. Cancellation
notifications of less than 30 days but more than 15 days from the date
of arrival are subject to a charge equal to 10% of the rental amount.
Cancellation notifications received less than 15 days but more than 7
days prior to the date of arrival will be subject to a charge equal to
30% of the total rental amount. Cancellation notifications
received less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a
charge equal to 50% of the total rental amount. Guests are responsible for the entire period booked. No rental
refunds are given for early departure or late cancellation unless we are
able to re-rent the property.

PAYMENT: Deposits are to be paid by wire transfer or VISA or
MasterCard (additional charges may apply to cover the cost of any credit
card transaction). The remainder of the funds will be paid to our
Mexican Business Manager, Maria Elena Ramos, upon arrival at
Villa Hermosa. These funds
must be paid in cash or travelers checks. Our staff will be
waiting to greet you at Villa Hermosa
regardless of your time of arrival.
TELEPHONE: We
have two phone lines in the main house and additional line in the suite
which allow free local calls.
You may use the phone lines for Internet connections with local access
numbers.
